Yesterday evening we attended Schwabenfest, put together by the Donauschwaben German-American Cultural Center. It is basically an early Octoberfest with German Beer, music, food and dancing. They will have Octoberfest in a few months. Rain cut our stay a little short, but we enjoyed it, as always.

It appears I'm an advocate for bringing back business casual at work. I bought some chino pants at Penney's last weekend. But the ulterior motive really is I am trying to save the wear and tear on my Levi's by buying pants that are around $20 less when I buy them at the sale price.
