Personally I'd stay away from Gigabyte PSUs; a couple of years ago they had issues with PSUs exploding. I don't know if those issues were fixed but I wouldn't risk it.
If you're planning to upgrade your GPU as well, be sure to look into the melting cable issues that some GPUs have!
