Very much so. Dietary choices also much easier. Occasional blow outs on carbs and sweet treats are not an issue providing you revert the next day

Yeah I tried a free one....got great info from it but to costly at £55 a pop. I buy and use them on holiday breaks only and use old fashioned finger prick tech the rest of the time
