Saw them when they headlined Leeds festival in 2000, my takeaway was that they weren't in the top 5 bands I saw that day

Palestine, officially the State of Palestine,is a country in West Asia. Recognized by 147 of the UN's 193 member states. Conflating Hamas with all Palestinians makes you a bit racist, also using Israeli propaganda as proof makes you stupid

Dept Q captures the essence of the original book(so much better than the Danish TV version). Akram(Asif) is the master of casual extreme violence. Also Giri/Haji was fucking brilliant

The cycle infrastructure in the Netherlands is truly fantastic, at no point did anyone in my group of novices feel uncomfortable riding. We are currently planning another trip for 2026

Last year I took a group of uk novices on a cycle tour of Dutch cities Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, the Hague, Delft, Gouda, Utrecht. We took the route from Leiden to the Hague, it felt like we were cycling in the countryside then suddenly emerging in the centre of the Hague.

Twitter is the reason. You have to be a bit weird to persist in having a presence there
