I reheated some waffles I prepared a few days ago and froze. I am lacking energy and eating is annoying lol. Ugh depression sucks. At least the cream cheese waffles were a nice snack on my laundry mat walk

Thank you for clarifying πŸ’™

This has me questioning myself. I'm autistic and struggle with communication. It has led me to have distrust in people. I prefer to avoid people if I can. I also try to advocate for social welfare in my country and community. So idk if I am part of the problem and how to change it if I am

I have dealt with a lot of Drs especially around my psych meds. Something I learned is if you start seeing red flags go elsewhere

Are you masturbating because you want to, or are you using as a stiming behavior like a fidget spinner? Ps when I was asked this I discovered it was a stiming behavior but it took a long time for me to recognize it

There are some days I am so stressed all I can eat are my safe foods. Last time I made nuggets I got a big bite of cornmeal in the center. I haven't been able to eat any since. Sometimes you need an easy meal and sometimes a safe food is needed. May your nuggets never disappoint you πŸ€žπŸΌπŸ€πŸ€žπŸΌ

It looks really nice. How has your mental health been since?

Covering bipolar scars has had me wanting to get a tattoo lately. Idk if I could due to a lot of skin allergies and I'm worried about the sensory overload from my autism.

I have bipolar/ADHD, trauma underlying schizophrenia, and had a psychotic and a manic episode I absolutely detest seeing these two armchair psyched, and what that implies about me and others with these issues - its stigma People are using those terms incorrectly, without medical license/knowledge

I am hoping my peer support person can help me during my appointment. I forgot how bad a bit of animal damage could be to my mental health. I left to do laundry for my soft clothes and a distraction

NYC should be covered with copies of the reports on his scandalous time as mayor. For a fresh reminder

Shooters aren't my favorite either. There are only a few I like and most of those are super old and online match making takes forever

I'm dealing with the after effects of the heat stroke yesterday. All the smoke in the air isn't helping. I hope you feel better so you can go

Were you a frequent runaway as well?

Drip line makes gardening β™Ώ accessable for me. It does take a lot of effort to reset up every year lol
comment in response to post
I put them in during a dry spell between thunderstorms. Lol it's supposed to rain for the next few days so it gives me time to set up the drip line for watering them. It's just some small tubing that connects to my sink but saves a lot of effort and pain

I planted banana peppers to quick pickle this summer. When I get my leaf lettuce I may look for some jalapenos. They were great pickled

I love all animals, allergies don't stop that and never stopped me from petting a friendly one. I definitely understand frustration around having someone else's cat in your place. It feels like you become responsible for the pet and is overwhelming for me
comment in response to post
It's that time of year when pets are shedding. My friends and peer support have pets lol. I am super allergic to pets. Cats worse than dogs unfortunately. I have a nasty skin rash from peer support persons cat lol. The hair blows around in the car sometimes. I miss having pets even being allergic

I'm at 4 years 5 months myself. I am definitely glad I stopped drinking

I'm about a -2 depression. Still functional but no energy, lots of self hatred, and motivation is taking more effort. Still put in some veggies today and ended up with heat issues by the time I came in lol.

Same but camera shy

😺😸😺 extreme exorcism I like it lol. I startled someone walking by when I burst out laughing after reading that

Careful RFK may bring them back lol
comment in response to post
.... Well when I was about 11 and having a bad psychotic episode I did end up getting an exorcism (super religious conservative Catholic grandma). I don't think people would have been more tolerant 400 years ago lol

I toss seeds all year long. I can't take care of pets so I am making bird friends. Lol it has been a slow process but a year in and I can call blue jays when the ones that know me are around. I get funny looks talking to the birds so a headset is required

I'm schitzo affective bipolar with AuDHD... I would probably be burning at a stake too

The weather is getting consistently nice out. I'm getting my birdseed and peanuts for the corvids. I'm hoping I can get the crows in a few pictures this year. They are still super camera shy

American is too sexist. We could have had an adult now we have a bunch of toddlers.

It's more like a toddler fight.

For the longest time I didn't know I was having meltdowns (late diagnosed) I'm still learning what triggers mine. I have been getting better slowly. Now that I know what's going on with me, the coping mechanisms and reducing things in my environment I have a lot less. I feel guilty when it happens

Oh I miss tacos. Unfortunately meat and I don't agree. I am making some waffles (round 2 FIGHT) but I am planning on making a bean burrito tonight.

If possible wait until you have 2 days off one to try the med and one to clear it out if there are issues. My psych Drs always recommended that I start new meds like that when I was working. Maybe it was because I was working with heavy equipment and other dangerous machines
