Already 85 here, feels like 92 and its humid. Will be much drier in July/Aug. Heat index was 100 yesterday. Most of my work outside is done except going to powerwash the patio and flagstone steps next week.

Totally agree. I may be wrong, but although the economy is hanging in there, I believe it will deteriorate later in the year. Consumers and businesses did a bunch of buying 2 months ago anticipating tariffs. That means very low spending later this year. Companies are confused and cautious.
