It’s sad that our Senator has so little respect for the judicial process, and doesn’t understand that people are innocent until proven guilty in this country. Making her our governor would be a damn shame.

CARTOON OF THE DAY… 🇺🇸

Trump foolishly let Bibi trick him into a deadly war. How many brave Americans will die due to Trump’s gullibility?

@mrjamesob.bsky.social will we hear this week from the caller from last week who said how Trump was great because he is resisting the Israeli lobby in the US. Will people who voiced such idiotic opinions say something this week?

You know why I like watching cricket and Premier League (well, any league that isn't American)? Because the commentary teams shut the fuck up. When there's nothing going on, they don't fucking prattle on

ICE agents in tactical gear chase down and tackle a U.S. citizen in L.A. After realizing he’s American, they just slink away. Their only explanation: “Why were you running?” Probably because two masked men with guns were trying to snatch him.

So many videos of these masked thugs Making Us Safer

The most disturbing part of this is that only when he criticized Jewish people was the student disciplined. He could freely call for the death & disappearance of Black people via rescinding the Civil War amendments & apparently that’s just good scholarship. Gift link 🎁

View point diversity means spewing racist Nazi shit and getting a prize for it while academic classes on race/ethnicity can't be taught. GIFT LINK:

@axios.com you missed something. Of course you are journalists so this doesn't matter.

The “originalist” judge liked the white nationalist argument? Wow, that’s a shocker.

Excellent point. The Framers thought my German ancestors were an unassailable horde and just a century ago the Klansmen making these same racist arguments would’ve insisted a Polish surname like “Damsky” was still beyond the pale. “Originalists” tend to gloss over that pesky fact.

Thanks to “institutional neutrality” an African American law prof couldn’t offer a course with “inequality” in the title, but a self-described white nationalist could win a prize for writing a paper that reads like a Klan manifesto.

#engvind #indveng I see noted a-hole Geoff Boycott in attendance today!! Good on you.

“Viewpoint diversity”: Promoting white nationalists, banning ideas white nationalists don’t like “Viewpoint discrimination”: Holding white nationalists to basic standards of evidence and logic “Free speech”: If white nationalists speak, others are obligated to listen, treat it as worthy of respect

Rasmussen is saving a lot of money by just making up poll numbers. Beats working.

@ericlipton.nytimes.com will the @nytimes.com do this probably not, right?

People are acting like masked men terrorizing communities of color with the tacit permission of the government is somehow new

So the UF law student -- who acknowledges it wouldn't be wrong to call him a "Nazi" -- won an award for a paper arguing non-whites should have citizenship revoked and be expelled from the US, law Dean defending the award, but after he started posting antisemitic messages too he faces expulsion?

“In his capstone paper for the class, Mr. Damsky argued that the framers had intended for the phrase “We the People,” in the Constitution’s preamble, to refer exclusively to white people.“
