Actual Nazi imagery belongs in a museum, or on the bad guys in a game like Wolfenstein as you mow them down.

Watching him stand there and laugh at those idiots as they try to intimidate him, even doing a little dance before they open fire like a firing squad... he rightfully called them out for the cowards they are.
Absolute hero material.

The same is true for the swastika/svastika/suastika (derived from Sanskrit). It has been a symbol of good luck in India and surrounding areas for many hundreds of years.
That the Nazis didn't have a single creative bone and stole it like an 'AI' company, shouldn't mean that we got to stop using it.

Great idea. Sounds like it would be a tl;dw for much of what Louis Rossmann covers in his videos, with less swearing :)
Hopefully the cat quota can be upped somewhat, though. Can't talk about consumer rights without a (black) cat roaming in the background.

Sticking to the Lazy River at the local waterpark for that? :)

There was that blue inner tube-looking thing waiting for you on the bank there. Might be fun to drive down the waters on that :)

Got a nice watercraft waiting for you to hop onto? :D

I'm somehow reminded of scenes from Iraq during the US occupation.
Then it was uparmoured Humvees, here it went straight for MRAPs...

We invented memes, for crying out loud. He should at least say 'thank you'.

Sadly can't vaccinate against stupid :(

When you listen to what Mary Trump has to say about the Orange Abomination, it's easy to see that there's not a decent bone in ol' Cadet Bone Spurs' body.
Him and Putin are two sides of the same coin.

I found this page with some general information, seems the CEAS was produced by Cadco Systems until they went bankrupt quite a few years ago (2009-ish?):

Sounds like it would sit in between normal cable TV transmissions. If active, it'd inject the message.

Looks to be from about 2002 based on the date code? Also up to 1 GHz. Could be pretty good stuff in there, but I'm not a (V)HF expert :)

Looks like a gaggle of RF trans/receivers? Maybe a controller in there too?

Indeed. Things that IRC did better already in the 1980s.
Feels like we're going backwards :)

I guess it's right up there with Whatsapp, Telegram, etc. having that convenient 'start voice chat' icon in message boxes that you will absolutely not fat-finger now and then.
It's like the finger-equivalent of butt-dialing.

"A potentially lethal dose [of IPA] is 2 to 4 mL/kg, but case reports have noted survival in adults with higher reported levels."
Don't chug that bottle.

It could be that they surged the launches, though. Which probably means that the coming weeks should be rather quiet in terms of drone & missile launches.

Retail therapy in video game stores is definitely the best therapy :)
Wish I could waddle into one these days without a godawful amount of travelling.
comment in response to

Oh right, we don't do physical stores any more these days :(

Could buy one again along with the game, of course. And let those wankers over at Nintendo HQ know that their system sucks at the same time.

So you're returning it then for a full refund?

Yes and no. Using Win10 on a work laptop years ago was definitely worse in some ways, including the ads-on-lock screen thing. The forced-restart-after-forced-update thing did get better over time, but the Settings app is still a travesty.
Win10 is 100% shite compared to Win7, ofc. Enshittification~

Windows 11 is what made me realise that Windows 10 is actually not so bad after all.
(it came preinstalled on my last mini PC, it lasted only a day or two)

That looks like someone holding a fake (transparent) skull with a brain inside. In their other hand is a Utah array (microelectrodes) that would be fitted on top of the brain where the cut-out in the 'skull' is.

Well, the Orange One said it in regard to Russia wanting to genocide Ukraine, so that was another derpy comment.
But I'd be all for letting Dear Leader & Muskovich fight it out to the bitter end while we watch it from the sidelines.

I have a few of such 4:3 LCDs kicking around. They're great for quick testing & for retro systems :)

Not sure I'd have a pet snake myself, but I got to love 'em :)

Props to your HS teacher for having the teaching priorities in order :)
Everyone should know their snakes, even if they're in (sadly) snek-deprived areas like most of Europe.
Snakes as pet is interesting, too. They don't really do 'affection', but they will communicate in their own way :)

Which is why one does not pet said pretty snek, but admire them from a distance, I guess :)
(seriously, don't pet snakes unless it's a pet snek)
