Yep, Walz too. The kid from MD shows a bit of potential. Polis isn’t as strong as I’d hoped.

Ima write a treatment on that right now.

Residents exempt though no details on how to prove it. ID I’d guess. Been in situations like this. Used to more easily arrest anyone out. City is huge. Plenty of other places to gather.

Marines are still in Seal Beach and the Guard won’t move from fed buildings. It’s LAPD and CHP right now massing. Thatks who’s coming.

Did not have pink power ranger with Mexican flag on my bingo card.

Military has always been politicized. They’re just overt about it now.

Yep, downtown only. Noho do your thing.

Seattle is next on Trump's war campaign so everyone should be getting ready

Are these riots in the room with you now?

When one looks at the military in general, all branches, there are a lot more brown and black faces than that photo op suggests. It’s about a third of the troops.

All of those require visas pre entry and don’t disappear you on entry. If you fuck up when you’re there that’s one thing but no on arrival.

Tell me you’ve never been to LA without telling me you've never been to LA.

Pretty much everywhere that’s inhabitable. Plus Oklahoma.

Voters are the worst possible people to decide highly technical operations. Contractors will need to be used for build and deployment. No way around it. It’s the original NASA model. R&D and design in house, contract partner build, partner deploy at NASA facilities.

Still not an invasion. More like rent-a-cops guarding federal buildings and a handful of kidnappers working in isolated groups. Local street gangs are better organized.
comment in response to post
More of a posturing than an invasion.

To be fair none of us are watching your movies. If you had some we would.

Bring a chair and pack a lunch. You’re likely to be waiting a while.

Your reporting is great. Remind us how we can support you.

Everyone repost the shit out of this. A good scanner for this is about $500 new but look for used on ebay, local mil surplus or electronics stores. Logistics and intel win over brute force.

When you have to tell people you’re not a tool of power isn’t the flex he thinks it is.

DC, MD, VA peeps you know what to do.

Just dropping by to post that. 👍👏

That one is cool. Cooler though was the mariachi band pulled up in a trailer, played, then drove off.

Doesn’t mean they have to vote for it.

They still shouldn’t have taken the bait. It was a shitty resolution.

This is far from a take over. It’s a few sq miles of downtown LA. It’s the LA cops doing the clearing. Outside of that zone life is normal.

I can’t remember any of Joe Biden’s movies either.

Their commander needs to do that. Not properly resourcing the troops is a wedge issue. Exploit it. This is only the first of this sort of use of forces. The more the troops are made to see those in charge don’t respect them the better.

Not a pic from the protests. Either a comp or AI.

Yet nothing on any of the major sports outlets let alone MSM. Five pinocchios.

Had they thought it through they’d have activated the logistics component at the same time and feed and house them in federal buildings. No thought, just send.

Rep Gomez is one of a handful on the front lines with the people. Leading by example. Most others at this point are not.

Good luck with having a few hundred Guard and the keystone kops with the citizens and local LE against having you there.

Great stuff Sean 👍

Just because they are nationalized doesn’t mean people will stay. The value add are the people not the stuff. Better to take what was contracted out back to the old way of bidding with design in gov. OG NASA.
comment in response to post
Yep. They’ve been doing it for decades but were clandestine about it. Now it’s a straight up flex. A platform policy.
