Basically, no matter how I look at it, it's really just about increasing the size of the funnel that's flooding money into billionaires' pockets.

Then people bragged about lowering inflation from that point on, while prices remained high and still getting higher from a slowed rate of inflation.

To me, there's a similarity between that, and what happened with pandemic price-hiking. Billionaires groomed people to pay higher prices through the pandemic, and then just left prices high after the pandemic ended.

I saw were someone suggested this was billionaire strategy, where Tariffs are threatened, the stock market crashes a little, billionaires buy stock back, and that makes them a little richer. I'm ignorant on how stocks work, but...

Democrat leaders don't know how to fight. Republicans don't blink an eye at disregarding laws, norms, and The Constitution, all of which they want to burn to the ground. This is my biggest issue with Democrat leaders, they haven't realized that please'n thank you diplomacy fails. #HumansBeing

I think if/when this causes a recession, Fox will still tell their viewers that it's somehow Democrats' fault,,, and they'll believe it... #HumansBeing

I have a feeling that when more notable unalived ancient species happen, it'll happen in secret and we won't know about it until a problem happens.

My biggest complaint with the Democratic Party is that they don't know how to fight. Norms, laws, the constitution, they're important, but you can't fight a party, that'd burn that all down, with please'n thank you diplomacy.

The first thought that came to mind after learning about this very disappointing new was,,, the consequences of speaking truth to power...

Base Republicans openly admit that they don't like democracy. So using this point to scare them really just comforts and satisfies them.

I think it'd be more accurate to depict him pissing in the faces of everyday consumers, Democrats (AND) Republicans.

I agree. It's my biggest complaint about the character of the Democratic party. Rules, laws, norms, yes, they're important, but you can't defeat a party of moral bankruptcy with please'n thank you diplomacy.

I think it should have been depicted as his pissing into the faces of everyday consumers, both Democrats and Republicans.

Given what I get to regularly & personally witness, Republican base voters will see this as an acceptable consequence so long as they continue believing that Trump is their pathway back to, well, yanno...

Many psychopaths seem to manipulate people into thinking of them as angelic. It's disgusting to see, even more disgusting that people don't seem to catch on. #HumansBeing

One of the greatest tricks was convincing humans there's a devil, but have u ever spoken to base Republicans? They're not even a little bit bright and are unbearably gullible. But then, gullibility was necessary to convince people that there's a devil. BTW, I just discovered I can levitate birds.

Strategically, focusing on their gross lack of empathy hasn't worked. Unfortunately, I don't have a civil answer for what will.

This reminds me of the expression: Love is a verb. But half of the country doesn't believe in Democracy and that same half doesn't seem to care much about love. The only verbing they're doing is ripping this country apart, to the benefit of billionaires, at the expense of an ignorant consumer base.

And for POC Maga, they're caste-minded and desperate to fit in without realizing or accepting that they're just being used,,, until the day comes that they're not needed anymore for the Maga agenda...

I really wondered how many people caught on to his ignorance there. What grade were we taught that in school?

I know I'm being selfish here, but now I want to see her subpoenaed. If she really received (unwanted) sexually explicit texts, I just can't be mad about that being made public. But I wouldn't expect the partners of anyone who sent those texts to be openly mad about it.
