I also want to point out you’re already doing one probably the best thing to set yourself for success, which is taking time to ask yourself those hard questions, self reflection, writing them out and asking for help! It’s so refreshing to see such a healthy process for self improvement 💚

all you can do is your best. Remind yourself that things are always nuanced and try and not be too hard on yourself, because as long as you’re trying, and want to get better, things and you will improve. these things take time and remember to be patient and kind with yourself.

disclaimer i may be talking completely out my ass but I want to say I heard somewhere that the reason for that is because artists used to have to use the same books med students used to study anatomy and therefore the scientific terminology carried over
