My Grampa was liberated from Stalag Luft One by Russian forces. Americans love the Russian people, it’s the murderous autocrat who’s taken the country that we loathe.

Funny that Woodword himself came to a completely different conclusion than Tapper did.

Agreed. I saw this a bit earlier and my immediate response is to question the intent. Like, I want someone to ask this guy in a hearing if he literally means that there is no crime that magats can commit without immunity from prosecution.

You don’t need to study it. Shaugnessy v US (1953) makes it clear in plain English: Any noncitizen within the United States also has a constitutional right to traditional standards of fairness, regardless of whether they entered the country lawfully or unlawfully.

The 5th amendment applies to “persons” not citizens.

This is clearly addressed by Shaughnessy v US (1953): Any noncitizen within the United States also has a constitutional right to traditional standards of fairness, regardless of whether they entered the country lawfully or unlawfully.

As you should when necessary. But other options do exist for those who seek them.

Based on vote results, woodland creatures and possibly bags of beach sand are smarter than American voters.

Gentle reminder that the religious left does exist in this country. The UU, UCC, Quakers and many more are welcoming options that advocate for peace & justice.

Nope.

No. HIPAA prevents sharing health information.

You have made no reference to any particular ruling or case.

You don’t think that persecuting & demonizing a tiny powerless minority to soothe the feelings of privileged professional victims is problematic? Ouch. Please think hard.

Can you disprove my statements or not? If you’re defending brazen Constitutional violations & refusal to follow judicial orders, I’m going with “not.”

You seem to be forgetting that this administration has admitted that he was illegally sent to a violent foreign prison due to “administrative error,” doctored photos notwithstanding.

No, he didn’t you catastrophic dolt. In 2019 he was issued a withholding of removal order. If the order of the court in 2019 had been followed, he’d be home with his family. If the Constitution and the current court order hadn’t been violated, he’d be home with his family.

No. Legislation that disproportionately burdens/harms a disempowered population while providing negligible or null set benefits to society are designed for the harms & not the benefits. Legislation in support of the comfort level of the privileged at a cost to others is deliberate harm.

Because I need neither recognition nor protection ‘granted’ to me by the people who are the reason for my lack of access to space or power. Attacking trans people doesn’t help women who aren’t deeply engaged in the politics of victimhood. It infuriates us.

It’s the fuckapotamus from me. Funny, everyone seems to know exactly who I am referring to.

Thank you for the good work you have done. It’s a fucking tragedy.

We may be saying the same thing but you are suggesting use of an abstract from ACLU for a layperson while I am suggesting natural language.

The point here is that a local right-wing group is trying to prevent local schools & students from exercising First Amendment rights. Focus.

You do you. Not intending to be a shit about it, though, you get that you are not going to wake up and find that your value as a citizen & a human being is less than that of fetal tissue, or that it’s okay to kill you in the street for selling loose cigarettes? Understand why they are dead to me.

Are you also a Putin sympathizer? Gross. Goodbye troll

If you attacked Biden in his campaign against a sex abuser, con man & felon, you are responsible for Trump being president and his actions regardless of how much you hate “libs.” When he levels Gaza and builds a new Trump resort there, that’s on you.
comment in response to post
Wrong. You “Biden murdering babies in Palestine” fuckwits are too thin-skinned to acknowledge that you helped elect that monster and you’re partially responsible for what he does, so you keep trying to throw it on us. You can fuck off with that nonsense. Own your shit.
comment in response to post
Obviously I’m too busy trying to figure it how to murder more babies in Palestine, you transparent nitwit. Don’t talk to me about my logic or my response because what you know is decidedly jack shit.
comment in response to post
Such as? You seem unaware that the Fuckapotamus and his crowd of howler monkeys are entirely untroubled by violating due process, the law and the Constitution. You don’t care about trans people. You care about making Biden look bad. Why is that?

That it’s pretty unlikely that they’re being flown in the local elementary school?
comment in response to post
I’m not implying anything. I’m stating categorically that anyone claiming a) that Biden is to blame for Trump’s actions but b) didn’t because he was too busy figuring out how to kill more babies in Palestine is either too stupid to be worth consideration or only here to sling shit at dems.
comment in response to post
I'm going to assume that you are on drugs. No democrat is to blame for this action, shit-for-brains.

I confess that I have been using the term "the Fuckapotamus" liberally in reference to Trump.

Dishonesty: an act in 2 parts. The Dem position on trans rights is essentially that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity & they twisted that into "they want to castrate children." Immigration is owned by repub Congress. They twisted that into "Dems are for open borders." Both are dishonesty.

I confess that I was horrified to discover that there may be people in a public restroom actively wondering about my genitalia as I go about my day. Floored.

It feels to me like that isn't an acknowledgement that they are capable of.
