Late 30s. Photographer, writer, composer. Woe-betide-thee prophet of the present day. He/him. Toronto. These images are portents of doom: missives from the hidden world within our world. Feel shame and terror, please. But boost them if you like them.

I have played a lot of open world games, and failed to enjoy them. I have not yet seen a developer who was able to tell a well-paced story in an open world. It's just "here's a world, maybe you'll get some story while you're here." Hard no thank you.

It's one of those hackneyed tropes in beginner modelling and photography, along with fairy lights, caution tape, hunting knives/guns, and railroad tracks. I'm just out here throwing shade broadly at a whole city.

What used to be wake and bake bong hit videos are now dry-eating giant spoonfuls of protein powder and talking about being indomitable.

Also, i meant to say *maybe* you'd be interested in supporting me. But like, you would be, because that's a pretty specific kind of person.

also taking any recs from other photographers on decent print-on-demand services that don't take a huge cut/make crap-ass quality prints. I realize pictorem's products are expensive (but they seem to be good quality - also free shipping).

I don’t think lack of engagement is what’ll make me call it quits, but it is a bummer, because as much as i value making art for art’s sake, the point of doing art in a visual medium is for it to be seen, and if not to be seen, then what is for?

I wouldn’t. If someone wants or needs a retoucher, they can seek one out.

Yes disclose, as i would intend to disclose my photography. Deal breaker? I think i’d wait and see. Knowing in advance is better than being surprised, which would rob me of my agency to make an informed decision about my feelings on it.
