Related anecdote: I like woodsy scents for general cleaning/ soap, so I recently picked up a birchwood hand soap. It inexplicably smells, REALLY STRONGLY, like Hot Guy Cologne. Like that one Chris Evans Yankee Candle.
And it takes FOREVER to fade. So I have weirdly sexy hands whenever I use it.
