I hope you have a support system in your area in case things get worse. I highly recommend growing easy foods. (Potatoes are almost impossible to kill haha, tomatoes and peppers are easy, too!). Finding those to trade and barter with is always good, too! Also, take breaks for your mental health!

I had to file an academic integrity report due to hallucinated sources. Hereās the kicker: the student wholeheartedly argued that those (nonexistent) sources are privy only to AI and those are what it used to support the parts of the work they copied and pasted from a chat bot. š¤¦āāļø
