I lived through a Cat 5 storm that took out all the power for weeks. It quickly was devolving into a lord of the flies situation, looting, generator thefts, robberies, shootings... I can’t imagine what would happen in a community if FEMA didn’t show up. Hopefully the Trump administration wakes up.
