Just dial the White House and the magic sharpie will make the hurricane change route.

Still waiting for an ICE raid on Trump's hotels.

Even this is no longer true: "Americans can always be trusted to do the right thing, once all other possibilities have been exhausted.”

When did the US army eliminate back-bones?

My advice would be to start by targeting Trump's hotels.

I remember the times when many Westerners complained about the limited resistance of Russian civil society against Putin. Well, where are they now? Where are all the Harvard and Ivy League alumnis?

The whole concept of 'sick days' is sick - either you're sick, or not!

How about some ICE action in Trump's hotels?

Sounds like the country you guys eat for thanksgiving.

How long until California, Oregon and Washington join Canada?

A bit more complicated: The collapse of the glacier was a follow-on event from the collapse of the mountain above the glacier - due to melting permafrost.

I would assume in about two weeks they will have a concept of a deal.

Struggle to see difference between ICE and Proud Boys.

I would assume Harvard alumnis tend to be pretty powerful people. Where is their support for their alma mater? Have not heard anything ... pretty disappointing ...

A real 'Zeitenwende' for Merz would be to start acting, rather than just talking. Imlementing eveb half of his threats would be a good start.

Putin is not playing with fire - he's playing with Trump.

Agree with 'depressing' but sitting on the other side of the pond you're kind of forced to follow at least the tariff bs.

Trump only looks at trade deficit for 'goods'. PK's was saying Ireland's surplus is due to tax avoidance (= license fees paid to companies in Ireland). That can only have an impact on trade deficit if treated as 'goods'.

'Services' are also part of gdp, but are not 'goods'.

How can IP license fees (often used to 'export profits') be counted as 'goods'?

What are 'serious' companies doing there?

And Sam will own 'all of your life'? 🤡

The first part of the old saying no longer is true. "Americans can always be trusted to do the right thing, once all other possibilities have been exhausted.”

How exactly are Netanyahu's and Trump's plans for Palestinians any different from Stalin's actions in Crimea?

Optically, one could argue that 🇦🇹 stands for '-' and 🇨🇭 for '+' 😜

Fully agree with your analysis. For me American cars are a complicated way to place 24 cup holders in thin air and then wrap some metal and plastic around them.

Asking for a friend: where do all books pulled from libraries end up? Burnt? Landfill? Bathrooms in MaL?
