They're all great. I particularly love the drama in the first pic but I've got to be honest its the solitude of the second one that really does it for me.

Fantastic bit of footage Brett. Loved the photos the other day, the video is the icing on the cake.

He's a mature male roaming around looking for a little sexy time 😉
An interesting fact for those that don't know. The little things that look like boxing gloves on his pedipalps are where he stores his sperm packets so he's ready if he comes across a female.

He is, he's a good boy 🙂

I have literally just stumbled upon you in my feed. I'm so glad I did! Even if I don't manage to squeeze in time to do my own art to share, I look forward to seeing others interpretations of the reference :)

He looks like he is about to deliver a Shakespearean sonnet.
Lovely capture.

Good Morning Paul. This is something I have actually considered before; it looks like a great experience. Now the kids are all old enough to fend for themselves I might actually get round to booking a trip that's just for me.

It definitely gets very windy up there at times! I try to get out on the Belle for the trip around to Bempton at least once a year, although sadly not this year. I love getting out on the sea. The bigger the swell the better 😃

Beautiful shot. I always love photos where the subject has warm tones against cool tones, or vise versa of course.

They're all great but it's the 1st for me. It reminds me of the hours I've spent fossil hunting on rocky shores 😀

Lovely! I'm very envious. My two older daughters have moved to the coast and I love house sitting for them when they go on holiday. One day, when my younger children have flown the coop, I may just follow them over there. I'm always at my happiest near the sea.

Just magnificent birds. We had a lone BBA visit our coast for a few years. He failed to arrive this year. I'd like to think that he finally made it home, because any other reason would break my heart. I felt so sorry for him, alone in the midst of our Gannet breeding colony with no mate of his own.

Another excellent photographer to follow. You are all inspiring me to have a go at landscapes myself. Thanks Christoph.

Thanks for sharing. I hadn't realised Nick was already following me and I hadn't followed back. A mistake I am very happy to now correct :)

Fantastic shot! It always feels like a privilege when they get this close. For me it's usually when I've left my camera at home 🙄

He looks like he's up to mischief. Creeping up on an unsuspecting rival 😂
