Marine terraces in Corinth are for sure also very impressive and we also visited the during our trip. Fascinating, that these are the most uplifted marine terraces in the world and the second "fastest" tectonic rift of the world. Also the reason for the heavy gully erosion in Pliocene deposits

Roughly speaking: the oldest pyramids are just as far away in time for us today as people back then were away from the first settled human beings in the Neolithic period. Compared to the Neolithic in Central Europe, they are even much closer in time, than we are to the pyramids today.

Unsere Aufzählung besorgniserregender Vorgänge, warum wir die Wissenschaftsfreiheit und damit auch gesellschaftliche Freiheit eingeschränkt sehen, könnte mit solchen Nachrichten fortgeführt werden. Das traurige ist, es ist noch nicht mal überraschend.... Unser Text dazu:

Denkst du das ist nur ein Problem in Wissenschaft oder nicht viel mehr ein gesellschaftliches Gesamtproblem, unabhängig vom jeweiligen Beruf/Hintergrund? Gefühlt würde ich sagen, dass der Anteil der aktiven/lauten aus der Wissenschaft nicht kleiner ist als im Vergleich zur restlichen Gesellschaft

Ähnlich wie der Fakt, dass Landebahnen von Flughäfen regelmäßig umbenannt werden, da sich die Nummerierung auf den magnetischen Nordpol bezieht, der ebenfalls wandert. So wurde letztes Jahr beim BER die Nordbahn 25R/07L zu 24R/06L und die Südbahn 07R/25L zu 06R/24L
