I had this. It wasn't a novelization of the movie, it was an original story. 12 year old me read it again and again.

The track "Mr Jaws" was a novelty recording of a reporter interviewing the characters from Jaws, including the shark. The answers to the questions came from short snippets of mid 70's popular music.
It's terrible and a ripoff. It made it to number 4 on Billboard.
