I cannot even tell you how many elderly people I've heard in my state say that they do not have a device with internet access/don't have a smart phone/don't know how to do anything online. These are his constituents.

I can respect "I'm glad Penske was penalized because I don't like them," because at least it's intellectually honest as opposed to pretending to care about the sanctity of motorsports.
