Dude same, I thought I was the only one. I've been going crazy that I only have one cape that doesn't clip, but this is only when my character is standing still, if he moves the clipping starts... I wish we had capes that didn't clip.

Because they lost and it wasn't part of the event, the event was only the winning side got their mounts awarded on expansion launch. The losing side had their mount added as a gold sink.
