Event inventory etc can honestly be a bit of a pain. 😂 (Honestly a lot about events can be a bit of a pain.)

That's what tent companies are supposed to be for. Unless it's one of those 10x10 tents but those usually fold down to wheeled cart size.

Drafts would mean things people aren’t ready to post or aren’t going to post has to be stored somewhere and then if that wasn’t secure or private ….

I used to think it was kinda cool to see a list of what people used but then again I sometimes hesitate talking about certain single products on here even. 😅

No need to convince me (though target markets are still living other places so it's not going to be a "abandon all other platforms" situation.)

Plainly put, the backup tools for a specific popular NAS do not have Zoho (email and all the components) as a sync/backup option.
There may actually be workarounds that someone technical can do but this is outside the skill level of many small biz clients to DIY which is why I made the comment.

FWIW the Boox are more like a less restrictive Kindle than an ipad replacement in my opinion. Android based so it took a bit for me to set it up so it did what I expected it too for various gestures & buttons. I feel like it have very specific use cases (mostly reading.)

I suspect this might be one of those devices you can find used because it’s really hard to tell what they’ll actually be good for. Tim had a long list of things he thought he was going to use it for & i think he gave up after 6 months of poking at it.

I was sitting in the sun inside the other day and my iphone was warming up just from the UV and doing the dimming thing. It's sorta like having a black panel even when it's emitting white light is sorta how I view it.
It's part of why I've been messing with a Boox that Tim wasn't using.

Calendly’s paid plan will let you connect stripe and some others for payment at time of scheduling. (and maybe cal.com) Honeybook also showed up on my radar for something more complex than I was expecting recently so I’m going to poke at it more soon.

And the gif is pretty accurate. 😎

And yes, this probably says something about me that I have a self-hosted email test running somewhere. Warped? Crazy? It's NOT a business account. Not THAT crazy. I literally have some domain names I run random tests with.

I have a test one going somewhere and it hasn't caught on fire ... yet 😂 (but I AM afraid of saying where out loud.)
I also remember how much a nightmare clients were about it back in ~2002 when I didn't have options. YOUR ISP IS CLEARLY DOWN STOP YELLING AT ME. 🫠

Would I recommend Proton as an alternative if you were thinking about using a @gmail or @outlook account? Maybe? With a lot of questions. Same goes for Fastmail, Tuta and a few others. Self-host is not as impossible as some say, but I'm also not going to tell SMBs to do that.
Thinking outloud...

If you're a small biz & don't want to self host, your best options are still really Google & Microsoft.
Zoho seems to be the only other one that offers an admin seat that isn't an email seat (but backups there don't look as streamlined.) & Dropbox & Box don't offer the email hosting side.

I'm going to ping @rudyfraser.com about this project because I'm not sure the Blacksky project is aware of it yet.
And I can't even see or ping Rudy while trying to use Zeppelin but I'm not sure if that might just be because of some other weirdness I don't yet understand w/Zeppelin.

So far they've been unsuccessful with the squirrels but they have been close enough to scratch them at a minimum. Mouse / mole sized they've definitely caught and eaten (one is up in a tree eating right now.)

More video from yesterday but the hawks are without a doubt chasing a squirrel along the power lines today. They ignored a large rabbit I saw back in that area.

I did black and white dark room developing back in the 90’s for a few weeks. It’s kinda fun but some chemicals I don’t really want to be responsible for nor do I really want to know how toxic they are.
I would totally take a class somewhere again though if that were a reasonable option.

Isn’t there a 3rd one that’s like “I thought having my own darkroom was going to save me money in the long run”? (I suspect it costs more even if it’s just in “I bought yet another _”)

I get the sense that Apple made the Ultra just because of how abusive people were to the watches too (though I THINK I've already seen some stuff about the gaskets on the 1st gen Ultra not holding up to near daily surfing after 1yr?) There was however a surfer rescued because of his Apple Ultra. 🤷♀️

Age of the watch too I suspect. 1st year being different than 3rd year in terms of the seal.

I stopped wearing any digitals in the 10ft dive pool. They are waterproof but the seals degrade over time and I suspect that's made worse if you're smacking the water with force from falling off a board or diving in.
