Not a fan of honoring people who betrayed their oaths and led troops who fired on U.S. soldiers who were flying the U. S. flag

Even if Russia was continuing to implement START, the bombers did not have to be in the open.

Any ballistic missile defense system with the capability to protect against launches of ICBMs and SLBMs (as well as long-range cruise missiles) launched against any target in the United States would also buy default cover Canada. This is whether Trump wants it to or not.

He didn’t make an official offer. He mentioned this in a speech which means a simply in his own head.
The point I was making is not about any offer. It’s about the fact that any system that would cover the continental United States would automatically cover Canada.

Of course they’re not considering the offer. Besides, by virtue of geography, if Trump manages to create the system, he thinks he’s planning to create. It would automatically cover Canada.

Do you think that he will have a Jewish prayer service for the Jewish silver servants working at the Pentagon?

I don’t think that he understands who is financing our deficit and how.

The implications of whether or not this is a bribe aside, the fact that the cost and time to complete the upgrades necessary to allow this plane to actually serve as Air Force One undercuts the entire argument made by Trump at his administration for accepting this “gift.”

And, now, he doesn’t even bother to hide the corruption.

While recognizing the difficulty of doing so in a Congress with the current Republican majority, Congress should uphold this provision. You should keep trying to enforce it.

There doesn’t appear to be a ceasefire in sight, just more destruction and suffering.

Not quite historically accurate. Native Americans were moved to reservations in the 19th Century and Japanese Americans were put in camps during WWII.

It didn’t matter what phones they were using or what security was on the phones. They were discussing classified information through an unclassified, commercially available app. That is a major security violation. Anyone else in the government would be subjected to dismissal and possibly prosecution.

As the article points out, this has been a costly and technologically impossible pipe dream since the Reagan Administration. Nothing has changed.

They indeed have no shame. None of these people were DEI. If anyone is in a position not through merit, I would make the case that it’s the current Secretary of Defense.

Yes, since the Republicans are now avoiding them.

People in the federal government do work weekends. And on holidays. Certainly, in my 33 year career in the civil service, I found myself usually working more than eight hour days and working holidays as well as weekends when needed.

Preservation of location uncertainty is how subs survive. Patrols in the seasons and oceans (which at this point can’t be observed) is standard operating procedure.
