Mission accomplished. Ran a minimum of a 5k every day in May, averaging over 4 miles a day. Couldn’t do park run today as Aiden had football, but allowed time for a 7.5 miler to end the month on a round 135 miles ran. Very happy with that as I’m well on track to hit 1200 miles of running this year.

I’m okay if true we offered Didzy less money as he’ll have been on good terms & will surely have less influence as he ages, but equally he carried us at times & was a talisman. Didn’t replace Crowley & now lost another play maker. This is after a disappointing end to the season. When Maynard 1/2
