Are they at a VA Hospital?

Apparently, the NG began arriving this morning. It looks as though ICE (and the FBI?) attacked civilians while they waited in the traffic they'd stopped in order to try to create backlash to make them come across as violent protesters in an effort to "justify" federalizing state NG troops.

For those who still pretend to be against the mass slaughtering of innocents, that's a very good question.

Let's see ... which fascistic thing did Trump or his sycophants do today? Found it!

Very good point.

I'd really like to know what information you believe wasn't considered during the trial. Or at least what has caused you to believe that to be the case. A source of some sort? Anything... Just a starting point.

You said there's info that wasn't taken into consideration during the initial ruling. I'm still trying to figure out what info you're talking about. The toxicology report was made public 3 days after it was provided to the medical examiner. It seems pretty thorough to me. What was missing?

If they received their phones through Lifeline, which I'm guessing is the case, they could very well have received an iPhone.

Martin drove Rosa Parks to a meeting with the Pope back in 1999. He's gotten a lot of mileage out of that photo. I highly doubt she'd approve of the person he's become as the monsters he's aligned himself with do everything in their power to abolish civil rights. www.stlmag.com/uncategorize...

In response to your claim that "there is actually information that was not taken into consideration in the initial ruling," you were asked "what kind of info." You replied with info obtained from the toxicology report, info that was discussed at length during the trial. Would you like to try again?

I haven't been able to find any info on the people running the site beyond what they've already made publicly available through links on their about page. Keeping their identities private probably helps to keep them safe though. mediabiasfactcheck.com/project-2025...

This information is not new. It has been publicly available since June of 2020, and it was discussed at length during the trial.

Baggage which very well may not even exist. From what I understand, the family had been transporting him to legal/court appointments. So they knew he was going through the immigration court process. We don't know if he was part of a gang. Could be a lie to "justify" arresting him.
comment in response to post
I'll take that with a grain of salt. Keep in mind that Trump's administration also insists - with zero evidence to back it up - that the Baltimore husband & father who was illegally deported, Abrego Garcia, is a gang member.

At the least, ALT text should have been used to make people aware of the fact that the image was a photo of the letter he'd written and that the text was being quoted in the following posts.

In this case, the words contained in the image (a picture of the statement) have also been shared in the posts. bsky.app/profile/ryan...

Apparently, drowning is the number one cause of death for children, worldwide. But children who have Autism are 160 TIMES more likely to die from drowning than their peers are. Definitely needs to be better addressed.

IMO, we're seeing Dems disagree on what strategies will work best. I don't believe Schumer is a traitor. Just wrong. I don't agree with his decision because I don't believe Congressional Democrats can do anything to stop Trump unless Republicans agree to impeach. Public perception matters most atm.
comment in response to post
You might be right. I don't know. It could also be that Trump's just using this as another manipulation tactic to further divide & weaken Dems. If there had been no funding, he would have been able to blame Dems for forcing him to fire even more people & shut down even more programs.
comment in response to post
People "abandoning the Democratic Party" is why Trump got elected. How's that working out? Honestly, Schumer has a point. I don't think anything could please Trump more than our government completely shutting down, indefinitely. No matter how Dems voted, it would have played right into his hands.
comment in response to post
No, "the Dems" didn't agree to this. HUNDREDS of House Dems voted against the Bill with only ONE supporting it. Only 2 Senate Democrats actually voted in support of the bill, though 10 had previously voted to end the debate & allow it to move to a vote. We CAN fix this by voting them out of office.
