I hope Copilot doesn't mind when I assign itself for the PR it made! π«£

Then again, I feel like if you have access to IDE integration with agent mode, then the values is minimal IMO π€·π½ββοΈ

Doesn't it also include support for RCS?

I haven't seen any corresponding blog post announcing it!

Yes, I have reached the limit! π
For now, I will stick with GitHub Copilot. However, I am intrigued into getting Ultimate package! π€

I kinda gave up on Ollama path as max my hardware allows is around 30b param models and it wasn't as useful for code assist.
Junie may have Ollama option soon, I was wrong :)

Also FYI, JetBrains AI Assistant does seem to support Ollama.
I personally didn't give it a try!
However, it's not Agentic like June.

Nope! Right now they have very minimal plugin settings available.
I also highly doubt they will give Ollama option for local LLM - because from their Kotlin Conf keynote I remember they mentioned they fine tune their model and they likely want to provide best developer experience using their model.

Also like the fact it has responsive 2-pane view when you expand the window enough. The plan and execution status based on plan is also great.
So far so good! π

Definitely a fresh look compared to GitHub Copilot. Better than Gemini which unfortunately still has lot to catch up to in terms of user-experience!
Forwarding user to Markdown file for reading full response is bit odd! instead of rendering the content on the response pane. Time to explore more...

I also wonder if there were influence from Google, because the Firebase Studio falls short for Android Development where remote desktop is used, compared to VS Code for all other offerings.

Wow! this is amazing! This will definitely make Kotlin ecosystem flourish more!
I needed this many times, specially in remote dev situations! π»

Finally if you happen to have issues generating image, it might be related to Vortex AI safety settings.
Enjoy doing #androidify

Fortunately there is a placeholder `google-services.json` which allows you to run the app and check it out. You just can't use AI prompts or send image for processing.
However, if you are setting up Firebase project for this, keep in mind you have to enable billing to use the Vertex AI API πΈ

I presume this is the KMP app found in github.com/JetBrains/ko...?
comment in response to
post
Another thing I noticed when using KMP project wizard is that the app launcher activity has `configChanges` with potentially all possible values.
This feels bit weird to see it and potentially not correct! There must be some good reason to have it this way! π€

π§ Did give it a try! however wasn't able to make the iOS run config work from IntelliJ! It did work from Xcode!
May be another time!

Reminds me of days when I did have to integrate lib to add image cropping support. The `startActivityForResult()` API definitely was my friend π
I plan to use Telephoto just for zoomable support in my hobby project soon* π

I suspect a lot of legacy Java apps still use them, most of them might not be maintained.
For Kotlin+Compose I think Coil is the de-facto standard!

I meant mailcow. Mailgun is SaaS and has paid service for something similar.
I didn't want to pay anything for this.
