That’s always been how I’ve felt and yesterday‘s interview really emphasized that. I think it’s an issue of a scaling startup that doesn’t know how to interview for non-executive roles but it’s revealing flaws I can see beyond what I expect of a startup of their size.

I’ve been seeing people on TikTok, IG and FB saying national guard activations are for the tornado. I’ve been correcting them and letting them know the national guard is no longer operating tornado relief in St. Louis (and barely did anything when they were here)
