That's a throne mate. That is HIS throne. There ain't no others like it. It is also JD Vance-proof for that extra touch.

The output is that we're spending well above average and getting returns that are well below average. It's really important to dig into why and then to fix it. It doesn't matter how much you spend on housing if you can't get the housing into the ground.

If you believe the backlash against Democratic administration in blue states in 2024 was driven in large part by the furor over inflation/cost-of-living (this is a simplification but not by much); delivering housing, high-quality transit and quality of life has never been more important

If rents organically rise at 3% in NY and NJ instead of 10%, how does that reshape the politics? If we can deliver better transit service to the outerboroughs and the inner suburbs, allowing families to ditch the second car — saving them $500/m — how does that reshape the politics?
Rinse, repeat

I have seen this guy arrested before, at a DOT ribbon cutting for the Berry Street bike boulevard. He grabbed Ydanis Rodriguez's speech off of a lectern and ripped it up. Apparently Ydanis was able to get a restraining order against him

I've been to many transit related events. It's really only a few nut-sos. And they're really nut-sos.

Despite being Governor for some of our wins, Cuomo’s record is ultimately one of fossil fuel allyship.
He approved fossil fuel projects, opposed state and city climate laws, cut billions of dollars from the MTA and Clean Water, all for pet projects and tax cuts for the rich. 2/3

Now, he’s running for Mayor in the third biggest emitting city in the world, without a climate platform and courting fossil fuel, real estate, and MAGA billionaires.
All New Yorkers must NOT rank Cuomo in June.
Our generation and planet’s survival are on the line this election.
