Any Opensim grid will offer this. OSGrid is a good place to start. You can hypergrid to any connected world, and a lot are pretty sparsely populated.

More likely, people are antisocial in the office because they could be working from home more productively and efficiently.

I didn’t know you also had a place in SL. It looks beautiful

And holding and holding…. :) Hope you’re ok

The worst of it just passed through West Kentucky. Good luck!

You were expecting competence from the Musk Administration? Silly, silly man

What can I do here? How do I find communities? How do I change my avatar?

Just spitballing here. The AI genie isn’t going back into the bottle. Maybe they’re trying to learn from its disruption of other fields and get in front of it. If they can shape the inevitable into something useful in SL, or at least lessen the damage, that’s a plus.

Like santorum?

When I was younger, I never thought I’d say this, but there’s something to be said for old school. Us spiritual oddballs (Pagan here) gotta stick together :)

Desiderata?

Perversely, I might have to agree with Pres Musk in this person’s case. If he understands economics and finance so little that he thinks Trump has “business acumen,” he certainly lacks skills needs to work at IRS

How 2004 of them. But hey! They have legs now ;)

And don't anyone dare to forgive it, either!

And for gods' sakes don't let the ADL get away with leading the gaslighting!

These are the same bullshit loopholes they carved to protect their whaling industry. They can all go straight to hell

I need to check which version I have loaded. PBR is an exciting development.

Wow Hyacinth! That looks great!

Having read AI generated homework for a year now, this reads like Google has you talking to Gemini about how to turn off Gemini.

Good point. I would forget to update, though. UBO takes that off my plate. :)

Wouldn’t it be more effective and safer just to use uBlock Origin with a good blocklist?

LOL! Love it! Although I might keep the coupons for myself. Who am I to stop them reaping what they’ve sown? JWs last knocked on my door at least ten years ago. I was trimming hedges and didn’t bother with a shirt. After an incredulous “Did you guys lose Him again?!” they’ve never returned. ;>

Fair point. Now to decide which to mail them to. I happen to live in a town with more churches than most. :)

If it would make a difference, I’d agree. We both know that they’ll just trash the cards. Or worse, let some wackjob use them to compile a hit list for “righteous retribution.”
comment in response to post
Cards are cheap. Repugnicans have made the actual postage outrageously expensive, though.

It’s not just churches. Have you looked at schools recently? A former boss (childless, fundamentalist, sexist, racist, etc) suggested that I “break [my child’s] will.” I asked why in hell would I want to? Then stopped hiding that I’m Wiccan and stayed another three years just to annoy her.
comment in response to post
Yep. We can ultimately thank her for the current shitshow.

Happy New Year to you too. :)

Yes, we should’ve had Bernie. Probably would’ve had him if Clinton hadn’t bought the nomination. Musk learned from the best. I’m not convinced that Biden would’ve won. Harris could’ve walked away with it if she’d only put more daylight between herself and Netanyahu. Biden had the same problem.

Happy New Year, Inara!

LOL! I’m absolutely certain my right hip would require replacement afterward, but yeah… it does look like fun :D

Happy New Year to everyone at the Lab and inworld!
