I am not your royal "we" and this has nothing to do w thinking. It has to do w/ ability to process teraflops of unstructured/unclean data from huge number of sources, extracting meaningful trends in data of interest while controlling for parameters we wish to exclude from the trends.

RWE is valuable if used correctly, which we have not mastered yet. Everybody is swearing by RWE and betting on AI to help. However, as in self-driving cars we have a long journey before we will be able to control RWE data in the same way we control clinical trials.
