Ime a lot of people who aren't fluent go through that "thinking in native language->translate" step. It'd say skipping that step is what defines fluency.

Who will make a "language he's fluent in"-project, but translated to Rust. And it will work but leave them thinking Rust is way harder than it is as they're constantly fighting it.
But the junior fluent in Rust, would write beautiful code, but lack the wider perspective on how to run a project.

And this is also why Rust is in a weird spot now, because you have tons of people with decades of general programming experience who aren't fluent in Rust. And people who are fluent but who have way less general experience.
And then corps will start new projects in Rust, lead by the experienced dev

gotta get the pan searing hot. Quick sear on both sides. Then put it to the side of the pan and tilt the pan so it deep fries a little. Rest, flip, repeat. and then cover and put on low/off to get the core temp right.

they're adding subclasses for transgender, but they're already outdated.
