Might not have been the riser, but more tests are needed. Most of the riser cable I know come from LinkUP (and I think the case I have uses one of those as well) so I am not sure if it's a batch issue just yet.
What I am gonna do is move everything out the case and remove the riser and see!

The GPU and cable is still not working together. Makes me wonder if it's a GPU or MOBO issue at the moment.

Somehow I think I find RA2's more industrial rock better in most cases! For example Grinder & Destory are both some great tunes!
On the other hand, Allied Combat 1 from RA3 is somehow hitting a spot I didn't know I want, tough to pick my favorite!

You can probably tell I usually only do hard line loops in ITX builds (you know, the 240mm rads, the pump+reservoir combo)
Still a fun one for sure! There's one really hard bend that came out well and I am happy about it!

My question then becomes
1. if you do not sign the renewal, does the lease then terminate (according to law)?
2. Is there a mandated % of increase that rent increase that landlord will have to follow, according to the law?

I feel bad for the peeps that live in places where the lease doesn't automatically renew (eg. Ontario), where the fixed term just changes to month-to-month at the end of the term if there's no mention of the tenant wanting to give notice to leave.

Think, since you're getting 200 of these @ 3K each, then another 200 @ 1K each, then for every 1 of the 3K, you're also getting 1 for 1K. Then the average purchase cost is 2K. It's impossible to 1.5K per unit and break even.

you only need to consider the price of 1 single unit. The cost of buying 2 unit then becomes 4k, which means they have to sell at 2k per unit to break even.
Extend that to 100 x 3k + 100 x 1k. Since the cost then becomes 200 unit for 400k, divide 400k by 200 you still get 2k per unit
