No idea why shan tagged me in this cos I've yet to make any sourdough successful xD for maintenance, I usually keep it in the fridge ance once per week empty 90% of the jar and add equal parts flour and filtered water until the jar is about 1/3 full.

I can hardly talk to the few people I know let alone trying to meet new people. Even thinking about trying to meet new people fills me with dread and rinses all my energy.

The jobcentre are a bunch of government cunts. I had the same thing when I left a job due to stress. Hope he settles down in a bit.
