update!!! turns out that the shop told us the wheelchair's cost will be covered if we wait 3 months. we still have to buy a joystick and other parts separately but thankfully it is much affordable now. the goal is now changed to 500 usd, thank you so much for the support 💕

there's a loose dog in my area that reappears every few seasons and apparently my neighbours have tried to call authorities to take care of that dog multiple times but this fails every time bc the dog isn't chipped so the police just drives away and shelters say they don't have space
