丁学良老师有篇文章说过这事，但他的版本，好像是经历了炮轰克里姆林宫事件后，美国（政界还是学界？ 原话有点记不住了）就对俄罗斯不存幻想了。
克林顿的话，不知道是场面话，还是李的记忆/理解有误（李英语应该很差。）
