That's the first thing I thought about, too! (no HBO growing up)

It seems like this is the one time window you can pick the style. Otherwise the style will pick you lol.

The color Olo, by chance? www.sciencefriday.com/segments/new...

I didn't think about it much either because in most of my school career my instructors wanted MLA style citations.

Ironically the old order Amish near me have quite a bit of Internet access, especially men in higher income families.

-a bar of Fels Naptha laundry soap and a good quality stain brush (mine is from The Laundress). Personally it felt empowering to remove stains after diaper blowouts.

-tabletop dishwasher -beach towels (so many uses and grows with the kids)

-Water bottle I could open with one hand -food I could eat with my fingers (think fruit, veggie, and meat party trays) -at least 1 friend I could talk exclusively about kids, and at least 1 other where we avoided talking about kids. All of them understood that the hours were weird for the 1st year

I would be thrilled if this turned into a Patreon postcard

Finally able to watch this. Your willingness to share this experiences are the reason I'm following you directly and not simply your other public contributions.

Was very happy when your company had sexplanations and followed it quite a bit. Also very happy to have this in Crash Course.

I feel embarrassed that I bought dishwasher tablets this weekend (Btw, I really love unscented dishwasher detergent)

I've started borrowing books more even when I don't finish them. At least my library has better stats when I borrow. Even benefits them if I have to send a non-borrowed book to the desk for re-shelving.

My mom has become very picky in which facility does her mammograms because of staff experience in getting the right images. Thankfully she found her "home" an hour away.

This fun route is honestly a practical choice as a new parent... and for general disaster preparedness. (I have very strong prescriptions and have to store at least 1 spare set of glasses in my car)

Already showed my partner that I'll want one of these prints :)

I never developed my art skills, but it was fascinating to hear art teachers talk about specific development steps in student drawings (like when elbows and knees are included)

Finally bought Spirit Swap on payday. I'm having a great time!

It felt surreal watching this clip, since Gabi (and Miles) were the kid Sesame Street character regulars when I was growing up. ‪[edited to correct character names]

Part of my brain associates the News Hour theme with "the kids shows are done, the boring stuff is here" Nevertheless I enjoy PBS and NPR a lot

Comedy is also art, and we need some of it to enrich our experience in life.

Very glad I could take the time to read this. Thanks for putting in the time to record your thoughts and pull back the curtain a little

Hi JoCat, I think I watch you mostly on my partner's profile (33M). TBH I consider you one of the most supportive internet personalities to Femme streamers. If a lot of men are watching that I consider it a good antidote to the Manosphere.

I agree that shampoo is a good for that situation and also rank that above Dawn soap

A simple journal of successful dinners and recipes. Look through it for meal planning inspiration.

I recommend hand soap or a dish soap that isn't as acidic as Dawn. Dawn is aggressive enough it damages fibers.

Yes! I re-listen to Katherine Green's guest episode a couple times a year

I also need to thank @thegooddotstore.bsky.social for all they are doing

Did that today, plus twisted my ankle on our way out of the library.
