This made me do a snort. I really hope they climbed a couple of them in front of the altar to make their vows.

I am, of course, imagining them sitting down to breakfast together on those massive high chairs.

Weeds are the BEST. My patch is loosely "managed" but mainly exists for a bee and butterfly buffet. (sorry about unintentional alliteration there)

I bet you look superb. When I finally get this writing retreat kind of thing up and running, I can market it by bigging up the constant cool burn water running past and fresh breezes BUT ALSO south facing sunshine. No fans required.

Extraordinary story. Except, as she says, it's so horribly normal. What a fantastic woman.

Don't worry - I'd gone right off him soon afterwards when he started being a bit of an arse.

It's horrifying.

I had hundreds of tadpoles in my pond. Now a fair few froglets, and a load of fat waterboatmen and newts. red in tooth and flipper etc
comment in response to post
They can live in the pond, surely? (and *have* you loved them? Have you?)

I've never tried from seed. Little plants don't cost that much tho? And once you've got one going, they'll send out suckers to give you more every year.
