I hope I'm not coming off as a killjoy or anything, there's nothing wrong with being super hyped about this stuff, I get the same way! Just don't go ruining people's time and interrupting something they paid to see.

This definitely was an ambitious first painting, figured it'd be a good one to start on since space felt pretty low-risk for a beginner, but GOSH the TARDIS took a lot out of me 😅 Regardless, I'm so incredibly proud of this! Feels so cool to have a new medium to play with in the coming year 🤩

I've already made one epic masterpiece so far. Truly a show of my magnificent skill, pure artistry XD Just a bit of testing with some Magenta, I can tell already I'll need to practice, but I'm hopeful! 🎨

Haven't tried painting in YEARS, and the last time I did was long before I got as into art as I am now, before I had any idea of the things I'd even want to paint. I'm super excited to get started and see what I'll be able to make now, here's hoping I'll get the hang of it 🤞

..use the most basic of lyrics, so it's always great to find another series that puts in the effort.

..teach kids. And the music! Not only does the music sound absolutely fantastic in every episode, but I've been loving the lyrical writing. Such good uses of clever rhymes, it's always so nice seeing the extra effort going into kids show songwriting because all too often I see kids media.. 🧵 (7/9)

Last but certainly not least, the writing has been amazing. I love all the plots so far, the comedy, the blend of typical physical saving and the emotional side as well. Literally episode 1 being about learning to relax and take deep breaths made me emotional, just such a good thing to.. 🧵 (6/9)

The new Wonder Pets team is amazing, I already love them all so much, Zuri of course being my favorite. I love rabbits and Ming Ming was my favorite of the original series, and she definitely carries some of those Ming Ming vibes. 🧵 (5/9)

..regarding the phone and flyboat (now referred to as a jetcar). Everything manages to capture the energy and familiarity of the original while having its own voice. It would have been so easy to just redo what had been done, and I thought I wanted that more at first, but I honestly love.. 🧵 (4/9)
