Prequels were so sauceless for me that it turned me off a lot of SW that I hadn't already enjoyed (OT and 90s EU books). The 'A More Civilized Age' podcast got me to watch the animated stuff and I'm still shocked that I care about Darth Maul-a dude who was onscreen for minutes just to look evil.
