Sunday Supper w @mrladybird.bsky.social @tomilonus.bsky.social

Pretty day. Macmillan Wharf.

Jubilee Jumbles.

Caption: “don’t play hard to get.” 🤣🤣

Evening view.

Happy Pride.

Happy Pride. More queer joy, please. (I took this pic of my friends in 2014. 🫢)

Every year since 2009, our first season share in Provincetown, I have taken pictures of friends from the prior summer and hung them. We have lived in 4 different places since then, and the tradition has continued. Here’s the 26th gallery of goofballs.

My friend Bob who hosts the annual white party fundraiser in Provincetown told me today that he is using a photo of mine on his website, and here it is. Flattered, beyond.

Submitted without comment. A Maserati parked on the street in Provincetown. With a disability tag.

Happy Pride. Miss Richfield and Patrick

Fun evening at the Boston Pops Pride Night w @mrladybird.bsky.social @tomilonus.bsky.social and Andrew who I can’t find lol

Time to head back home after a fun mini-break. At Virgin Clubhouse, Heathrow

Golden Jubilee Bridges

London Eye

Last night dinner at Kerridge’s Bar and Grill. The food was spectacularly good. The decor modern and pleasing. The music was full of weird choices (Steve Miller band, then reggae, then Ska… it didn’t work). The service was unpolished. It was amateurish service at very expensive price points.

White Hall

A different Dartmouth Street than the one a few blocks from me back home. 🤪

Very London. Outside the “Abby”

Westiminster Abby

Hyde Park Corner

Tate Britain

An unfinished work by Turner. And the Rothko that was inspired by them (a series of unfinished works is on display). Tate Britain.

Went to Tate Britain to see the Turner paintings. I’ve never actually been in this museum, and it was great. We didn’t have time to see much else, really, would have liked to spend more time.

Westminster Abby queue for evensong. Which we got to skip. Tra la la!

Heading to Westminster Abby for evensong, and zips past us, one Simon Wall, who is in the choir, and arranged seats for us in the QUIRE. “I’m passing you by, as I’m very late.”

We went to Portabello Road market today in search of quelque chose, and instead all we found was crap and a dozen stalls selling these same tote bags. That was a complete and utter waste of time. 😕😕

Flower van

Peekaboo

Colorways.

My favorite resto in London, the River Cafe. We have been coming here for over 25 years. 🫢

Apple market at Coventry Garden

Plaster casts, continued. Really fascinating to see them all.

I was intrigued by the expressions.
