Americans have low taxes, but quite a few of them live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford decent healthcare insurance. Your low taxes are only nice for the rich. But yes, you have cheap cars with huge engines. The CO-exhaust might come in handy when you cannot afford your hospital bills anymore.
