At first I read this in British, and was wondering what kind of debauchery librarians get up to at lunch...<shrug>

He has exactly the looks and mannerisms of my best friend Hosea in 5th and 6th grade!

I will check when I go past there today. It’s one of those signs that I just assume is there and don’t actually read.

… and Pete is the only class member who passed the assignment, rubes! Let this be a lesson to you all, aspiring “gifted” Ed teachers! Right? Um, RIGHT?

And a red if the date is a prime number! 😀

You’ll get back, I’m sure! I like reading in person so, so much better. I’m taking solace in the fact that I have my own yard, dogs, spouse, snacks, etc. 😀

I’m pretty sure you must have an institutional affiliation, though ANY college-level physics teaching, labeled AP or not, is sufficient. I always tell people, go ahead and apply - let the College Board say no if necessary!

Helen, PLEASE come grade the things with us next year! At the reading, we all “don’t get out enough” together! 😀

The Creation Museum sponsored a Christian Night at Great American ballpark a few years back. I’ve been to the Bob Jones U physics department. Well familiar with the horseshit. John says it well.

Great meeting you this week! And you’ve captured the vibe of the AP reading well, obvs. 😀

Shari just read me the lyrics. There’s a car, it’s very fast, has a lot of horsepower, and somehow is driven by jockeys rather than race car drivers in some cross-sport analogy. My mother was a nun, by the way, in case that has any bearing on how I insist on understanding these lyrics. 🤷‍♀️

Aargh!!!! I mean, this is the show that gets me moving every morning. So important that I got the news before hearing all the analysis. And Sammy/Betty/George delivered the news in voices that drew me in. So sad you all are shutting down. We need this podcast for all sports. Thank you!!!!
