While it is true that Israel does get away with even more than America. There are still morgues full of bodies in Iraq unaccounted for killed by American soldiers. The Haditha massacre only got the slightest scrutiny because the victims filmed the result. There are countless massacres like that.

In the occupied West Bank, there is a comprador-vassal regime that does virtually everything asked of it by the Israeli state and it still sees settlements embedded onto its territory. In Syria, al-Sharaa has done nothing whatsoever to Israel and Israel preemptively invaded more of Syrian land.

The problem of Israel didn't start in 1948. It took decades to prepare to expel the Palestinian people. You can argue that it started after WW1, or even earlier when zionists were looking for a great power to sponsor them. But it didn't start in 1948. It manifested itself on a global scale in 1948
