Attacks on immigrants, economic chaos, US government disarray, Russia's assault on Ukraine worsens, Europe/US relations damaged, Republicans riven, Gaza genocide deeper, Canada and Mexico attacked, Britain humiliated in grovelling State Visit. Is this what Almighty God saved the Charlatan Trump for?

Is that it? Six months and Trump's house of cards collapses. Highlights: Trump tells Putin to make peace. Putin says Fuck off. Trump tries to solve Gaza. Things get worse. Trump gets Musk to sort out government: Chaos and now locked in bitter recrimination. Time for a State Visit to Brexit Britain.

As the US Trump Junta implodes, the world looks on in disdain and amusement. Well, all apart from GB. Our deplorable government will host the Charlatan Trump on a State Visit. It's absolutely embarrassing. His abandonment of Ukraine and wrecking ball economics makes a laughing stock of Gt. Britain.

@alastaircampbell2.bsky.social Can't agree with your support for the name change, The New European to The New World (The Two Matts Podcast yesterday). It sounds too much like Global Britain for my liking. It's another kick to the goolies for those who believe that Brexit will always be wrong.

With great sadness, I heard of the passing of The New European, now be called The New World. European is anti Brexit and all of the racist, colonialist, devisive, hostility that the word Brexit conjours up. New World conjours up images of Global Britiain. Faridge and Starmer will be chuffed to bits.

Donald Trump says Russia and Ukraine like ‘children fighting in a park." White House meeting with Friedrich Merz. And Zelenskyy and the sad battered survivors (so far) of Putin's murderous attack say, "Thanks a fucking lot, Mr Halfwit Gobshite President". And that's the nicest thing they could say.

Poland: another example of a right wing win with just over a third of votes. It is high time that voting was regarded as a civic duty. Compulsory voting would ensure that any president or government taking office would have a majority vote mandate. Then, all heads of state should be elected.

So the Labour Right Wing are seeking for Starmer to root out Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in line with Trump and Faridge. I would think this is low hanging fruit for Starmer. After all , there is something of the Knight about him. Why not aim to be less and not more like Faridge, eh Rodney?

Who was the woman dressed in orange, who spoke as the last person on BBC QuestionTime last night? She spoke the truth that needs to be said about the Isreali genocide in Gaza. That the sons, daughters and grandchildren of HOLOCAUST victims inflict such suffering. Nothing justifies such barbarity.

In his most recent statements about Russia's Invasion of Ukraine, Trump's comments are indicative of a 'Plague on both your houses' approach. That is a pathetic abandonment of morality. It empowers the aggressor and furthes abuses the victim. Champion deal maker, mon cul.

He was curious, funny, annoying, late and creative in every cell of his body. But more than that, he was the kindest of men and a profoundly moral man. He leaves in his wake a trail of love a mile wide. Richly deserved eulogy given to the press. What did he make of what Isreal's doing to the Gazans.

Trump says he is hitting EU with 50% tariff as trade talks are ‘going nowhere’ This is Trump's goal, to divide GB and the EU. It's no coincidence that it is announced on the week of the weak deal. It'll show GB to be real friends of Europe or the bunch of unprincipled chancers that voted for Brexit

BBC Question Time last night aired the subject of Brexit. Hashi Mohamed said clearly that the new GB/EU accord has gone a small way to undo the massive damage of Brexit. It is a betrayal that Davey and Starmer never utter those words. The solution is undo Brexit. There is no advantage in delaying?

Way to go, Rodney! U-turning on stupid decisions is a sensible thing to do. So now you can u-turn on your most stupid policy. Start saying every day in every way, Brexit was an outrage of national self-harm. As a vastly wiser political movement, Labour will move to go back to the EU as full members.

"In the never-ending Brexit Wars saga, reality is finally fighting back" Raphael Behr, The Guardian. Reality still struggles to make its voice heard. Starmer's cabal still expend much energy reassuring Brexiteers that we are not going back. They need to say clearly Brexit was a colossal mistake.

Rachel Reeves extols the wonderous trade deals. A note of intent from Trump. Canada shows that can evaporate in seconds. A deal with Modi, populist religious zealot who happily deals with Pootin, and now the Gulf States. Had we remained in the EU, we'd have all three + the benefits of EU membership.

It's sad that having agreed measures to undo the damage of Brexit, Sarah Jones, Industry Minister, says 'we are not rejoining the EU'. Comforting words to Faragist crackpots who think Brexit wasn't massive national self-harm. How about comfort for those who said all along that Brexit was lunacy.

Britain agrees to a second rate deal with the EU. The best deal for GB is full membership of the EU. That would restore the valuable rights that people were stripped of when Starmer and Johnson marched their MPs through the Lobby. Who ever said that second best was good enough for British People?

2. Anything less is a sellout of the British people. Thus, interim agreements should be made to facilitate that eventual aim. Starmer should lead by sounding more like Pedro Sanchez than Faridge, agree first steps, then decry the damage of Brexit and promise a better future for generations to come.

1. As the GB EU summit approaches, it is important to match aims with tactics. The primary aim should be for GB to be full members of the European Union with the security that gives along with social, economic and political advantages that gives.

Marvellous news 0.7% increase on raw GDP figures for GB. That means Starmer's Brexit works. Brexit is working as it always has to make GB poorer. The rate of GDP increase in the EU is 1.4% for the same quarter. Starmer's deals with populist USA and Russia loving India will not cut the mustard.

Doesn't your heart go out to the American Troops in Qatar. They have been subjected to an interminable bilge dialogue from Trump. He delivered an extended stream of verbal shite about how he saved the planet. I endured it for two minutes before diving for the telecommande. Those poor young people.

Meanwhile, down in the twat cave, little shitty Pootin hides and makes plans to end the lives of more Ukranians and Russians. Western governments should start treating this little coward as he deserves. Set a deadline, then NATO forces enter Ukraine and block sea and air routes to and from Russia.

How is Starmer is making Brexit work? By invoking a fresh round of austerity, or saying 'we're are not going back' whenever Brexit is raised. Is it cosying up to the most corrupt US president or making deals with the religious bigot Modi? If this is making Brexit work, I don't think much to it.

Trump praises Mohammed Bin Laden. Peas in a pod, eh? It is like Al Capone praising Jack the ripper.

"Starmer’s migration speech ‘completely different’ to Enoch Powell’s, says Yvette Cooper" (Guardian Headline) She would say that wouldn't she, as the worst enablers in Starmer's debacle. Actually, it is worse than Powell's bigotry. He was a shitbag Tory. Starmer stood as a Labour Party Leader???

Labour to cut benefits of 670,000 people ALREADY in poverty. (CANARY Headline). At this moment, one must ask how much do the obscenely rich Royal Family receive from the public purse? £130+ million. This is a 20+ increase on the 2024 grant. Keri Starmer the ignoble Knight, left of centre, my arse.

Rivers of Blood, Island of Strangers, invasions of immigrants, being swamped. Sticks and stones break bones and words hurt. Starmer, you have joined a very select group of racists and bigots. Give me the man in Spain who held up the placard Immigrants Welcome Here. These are very dark days for GB.

Starmer's words today show that he will shed any principle to grab a bit of electoral advantage. For Britain, it is further alienation from enlightened thinking, tolerance, and internationalism. He, as a Brexiteer, is pulling up the drawbridge. All in all, it's just another brick in the wall.

Starmer talks about becoming a nation of strangers to justify further right tosh from Labour's Leadership. Next, he will be using the line from Mr Hilter of the National Bocialist Party in the Monty python Minehead Sketch. He said, "I am not a racist, but, and this is a big but.." Shame on Starmer.

Looks like Lindsey is a bit of a grabber. He makes more in gratuities than a Hilton waiter. I wonder if John Bercow was such a collector of back handers. Does anyone know?

"The Labour veteran (Peter Mandleson) looked an awkward choice for the court of Trump, but now the president is holding his hand and complimenting his beautiful accent." Patrick Wintour, in the Guardian. Pass the sick bucket, Please!!!

The US Starmer trade deal, hatched by Machiavelli Mandleson and Trump's boys. Not put to the people's representatives in Parliament. Today MAGA becomes MEGA, make England Grovel Again. Not in my name.

Happy Europe Day. It surely can not be a coincidence that today Trump announces a deal with co-conspitors Starmer and Co. As far as the Orange Monster is concerned, it is Shit on Europe day.

A quick message to Starmer. I am European. I am not American. Your trade deals will put a rift between Great Britain and the European Union. You Starmer are destroying the futures of my sons and my grandchildren. We do not want to be a partner of The EU, we need to be part of it.

The GB / USA trade deal stinks. The Trump regime is corrupt, and the deal is going to embroil GB in that corruption. It will drive a wedge between GB and Europe, and it will make support for Ukraine more complicated. The Starmer government is forming up to be one of the most loathsome in history.

GB strikes a trade deal with India. The EU will sign one later this year. I wager now that the EU/India deal is wider reaching than the GB deal. Thus GB could have had a better deal had they spent the time negotiating to re-enter the EU. I believe that Starmer is misleading the British People again

"Labour alienated its core and failed to attract Reform voters". John McDonnell I agree, but the core they deserted were Europeans. You and Corbyn never said to the Hoeys and Nandy's, Labour is a European Pty and if you want otherwise, go elsewhere. Labour needs to be less not more like Faridge

'No 10 rethinking winter fuel payment cut after Labour slump in local elections'. It is ludicrous that Starmer considers u-turning on this but refuses a u-turn on EU membership. The money used to destroy our relations with the EU caused the economic doldrums that results in public spending cuts.
