This is also a reminder to any airbase commander around the world that if they have assets out in the open they should strengthen the perimeter

You can find the Tryzub in Ukraine going back more than a thousand years. Back then Moscow was nothing more than a few huts in the middle of nowhere

Bad luck. He might have to return some of the money he stole for his family and friends to the Hungary state to make the budget meet new years

Hope it can be more than just a US umbrella. There is nothing automatic about art 5 and not much precedence, after invocation it could be Europe only, maybe with some support from US with intel and ammunition

The idea is not that bad, but if he wants to target individual countries it will have to be something other than a tariff that gives same effect when it comes to EU. Otherwise it will just be the whole block

Could be Danish or Netherlands. All the time we had F-16 we had two stationed in US for training pilots. We have two F-35 at Luke Airbase now

Money will do a lot now. Financing Ukraine's own defence industry so Ukraine will get less dependant on foreign weapons will help

If US just removes the sanctions unilaterally it will mean a de facto end of NATO. And it will show how little leverage US really has as some of the sanctions Russia wants removed is a European decision

They will have to develop more in the non-strategic category and forward deploy them to some of the frontline states if this is to be a part of a credible deterrent in a post US scenario. Otherwise there will be proliferation

If, and that's a big if, companies start to build production lines in US, has he no idea how long time it takes to do this before there is a production-ready assembly line? And how automation is used these days, almost no workers is employed on a new production line
