Contrawise, he could not help Kylo because he was too much at the center of Kylo's resentments and anger. He could no more help him, than Kenobi could have helped Anakin; he was too close to the problem, and Kylo was not prepared to listen.

It does no such thing. Luke didn't save his father because some special Superpower: Compassion. He was able help because of his *relationship* to him, and the hope he coulf restored to his father /1

Ahsoka never dies. She ascends and joins the Mortis gods, becoming the new daughter 🤞

It was the perfect answer to Snoke's existence. Snoke was a big fat ❓ in the middle of the story. Who was he? Where did he come from? What planet, what race? What master trained him? Then he was a *dead* big fat ❓. It needed resolution, and Palpatine, schemer of schemers, was the answer.

I'm pretty sure everyone sees the connection; it's just that many people are unwilling to acknowledge or confess that they are actually partisans of empire.

I knew he was full of crap when I heard him claim that Spanish is 30% Arabic, when the actual proportion of Arabic words in Spanish is well under 10%.

Gravitational repulsors are ubiquitous in Star Wars. Everything from small droids to star destroyers use it, really all classes of machines & vehicles. I'm not sure why it's supposed to be notable.

Also, you would never get Han Solo into a uniform like that. 🙄

Not all blasters are created equal. The rebels on Ghorman don't have the military-grade blasters that storm troopers use, and Cassian was using a sniper model, which was no doubt highly accurate at range, but no so powerful.

That's pretty standard sci-fi techno-magic. I don't really see the problem. 🤷🏻♂️

The blaster bolts & shields are carefully frequency-tuned so they don't interfere with each other. A blaster bolt coming back has an altered frequency that can't penetrate the shields. 🤓

That's because it's clearly cohesive to start with. Mucking about with it won't be any improvement.

Andor was good stuff, but I prefer my mystical Jedi shenanigans.

Nope. It's just darker & more dreary.

Can we stop with this nonsense? Sacrifice is not futile just because the results are not everlasting.
D-day was not futile because Fascism is on the rise again in our generation. It just means that each generation is called on to do their part.

I kinda doubt that Kanan was as sanguine about it as Jedi orthodoxy teaches it. The Force had to really knock it into him via the Loth wolves.
comment in response to
post
But they don't just choose for themselves? Kanan fractured his family and left Hera to raise their son alone, and did it without consulting her or the others. "Andor" is just repeating these familiar themes.

I'm not really seeing the substance, but I'll look for your article.
comment in response to

This is just clickbait. "Andor" hasn't done anything so new. Any fan who has watched "Rebels" already knows the cost that heeding the Force can impose.

As a reminder, this is pure misinformation. Mark retracted his words after seeing the finished movie, but you nerdz can't stop spreading this false narrative.
More importantly, you never understood Luke's character in the first place, if you thought TLJ was a departure.

The beam was traveling at near hyperwave speeds, and the explosion was visible to the naked eye from another system because there was lateral bleed of part of the energy, also a hyperwave. There, fixed it for you. 🤓

Not a plot hole: The Ghormans don't have the miltary grade blaster rifles needed to do the job.
