Paul last year I got a bread maker. Haven’t purchased a loaf of bread since. 4 ingredients in the tin. One button. 4 hours later, loaf of bread. It’s an outlay but so so easy.

I’d really recommend a sinus rise bottle. It’s worked for me in the past with similar. 3 times a day if possible. £22 from Boots. NeilMed is the one I use.

They can currently win. But if they turned 50% of their second places into seats next time then they could be king makers. Either formal coalition or, I think more likely, the equivalent of the Sweden Democrats where they aren’t formally in gov but set the agenda.

When the history of this period is written the person who is most guilty is Mitch McConnell. Post January 6th the senate were ready to convict on impeachment. McConnell begged the republicans to vote against. That let him back in.
