Wow, my meme game was on point back in the 2022 election. This one poppped up in my Facebook memories and I actually laughed out loud.

I don't have the knowledge and experience to judge whether anything in this letter is plausible, but to my untrained eyes it certainly looks credible and seems to match the facts. Anyone with expertise in electoral systems want to give an analysis?
