She complains about a Leftist takeover of institutions despite the Tories being in power for 32 of the last 46 years. She’s unhinged.

It’s the Acosta hangover. For the past few years we’ve played a high pressing game with sideways passing in possession because that was the best way to get the ball to Acosta in the final third where he could do something magical. It doesn’t work with Evander who has a different style of play.

Fun fact - in the early years of the campaign there were other animal families including lemurs and flamingoes. I’m still not clear how birds were supposed to use the product…

The underlying issue, which he misses entirely, is that the MLS academy system is very poor compared with those in other countries. The foreigners coming to US colleges aren’t even the best from their academies - the top players will already be signed to clubs.

The Creature Comfort adverts that everyone remembers as being for British Gas, but were actually for Heat Electric. The Mandela Effect strikes again.

I listened to that episode on the plane on my way to Vegas for a holiday and couldn’t get it out of my head all week. Grand Canyon? “Maybe we need…”, Hoover Dam? “Maybe we need…”, Rupaul’s Drag Race Live? “Maybe we need…”. I woke this morning and the phrase was finally gone, and then I see this 👆.

What a specious argument. I’d love to have a follow up question - “could you name five instances where that has happened in British law?”.
